These are loop bands that are a little stronger than the other bands I have linked. They are better for total body workouts and people who need heavier resistance for certain exercises. I don't know much about this brand but they seem to have good reviews and the page gives you some ideas for exercises as well. I use these types of bands a lot for my shoulder warm up, core exercises and this is the type of band I used for ankle dorsiflexion in my Instagram video showcasing the ankle 4 way exercise.
